Guidelines and procedure to fill the Online Registration form

General Instructions:-

  1. You must have the following documents/information at the time of applying as these are Required for filling the form.

    • Color passport size photo of the child (in jpg/jpeg format) not more than 3 months old.

    • Note: Passport Size photo need to be uploaded and Photo must be less than 20KB.

    • Valid email id and mobile number.

    • Before filling the form please refer to the detailed instruction given under criteria definition carefully.

  2. Fill in the particulars of the child (i.e. Name, Parent's name and date of birth correctly) in the Online Registration Form. The date of birth, name of the applicant, father’s and mother’s name filled in the form must tally with the one recorded in the Date of Birth certificate.

  3. A list of shortlisted candidates for verification and admission, draw of in case any, for all the categories will be displayed on the school website on the dates specified.

  4. Print the acknowledgement receipt generated by the system once the form is submited successfully.

  5. Note down the Username and Password on the Acknowledgement Receipt for future reference. The Username and Password will be sent through SMS also.

  6. For Distance point calculation, it is mandatory to choose the location from the suggestions only.

  7. Before you register online, please read all instructions carefully by Downloading the Guidelines.(Download link given at the top).

  8. Click on “I agree” option and “Proceed” link.
